Job Description
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (SA).
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
- A strong understanding of corporate risk, governance, and control.
- Financial management and reporting.
- Ability to work with and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Contract negotiations.
- Engineering/Construction/turnkey project management and project accounting.
- Excellent technical accounting knowledge.
- Understanding of IFRS/GAAP.
- Compliance, risk and financial management.
- Financial support and banking.
- Business commercial and financial support.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Annual audit and annual financial statements.
- Company administration.
- Passion for, and commitment to, finance and its contribution to business success.
- Innovative, creative thinking and ability to problem-solve.
