SUMMARY:
A global outsourcing giant seeks an experienced and analytical Chief Financial Officer to join their small and productive finance team based in Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal.POSITION INFO:

A key aspect of the role will be monitoring and analysing financial performance, working closely with leadership to formulate the financial strategy and deliver financial performance improvements to maximise profitability, whilst managing cash flow.Duties Include:

• Develop and manage

& payroll functions * Budgets and forecasts

• Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts
• Oversee and manage cash flow
• Capex and Opex management
• Implement and update financial policies and procedures
• Management of the finance team
• Commercial support
• Oversee facilities across SA sites, which includes lease negotiations, maintenance, services contracts, building projects and Health and Safety

Education:

• CA(SA) designation essential

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 3 to 4 years' experience in a financial management position essential
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional group
• Previous experience within the BPO / Outsourcing industry essential
• Strong management experience, strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Financial modeling skills
• Strong consolidations experience
• Strong understanding of financial business processes
• Knack for numbers and analytically minded
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Deadline driven
