Establish the accounting and control functions to ensure that best practice processes are implemented and sustained.
Realistic budgets and forecasts aligning with organizational goals and all departments
Negotiate finance plans and budgets, as well as variation orders
Ensure liquidity and optimize working capital.
Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
Provide strategic financial insights through analysis.
Achieve revenue targets
Maintain or improve profit margins.
Optimize investments and assets for ROI.
Control costs and enhance efficiency.Risk Management:
Mitigate market, credit, and operational risks.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
