- Provide visionary financial leadership, developing and executing financial strategies that align with the companys long-term goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the executive team, board of directors, and external partners, to drive financial performance and business growth.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Implement robust risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and financial health.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Minimum of 5 years in a Chief Financial Officer or Financial Director role.
- 10 years post articles knowledge.
