My client is in the travel and tourism sector providing services within multiple industries both locally and internationally.The successful incumbent will report to the CEO and will be responsible for planning, developing and executing the companyxe2x80x99s financial strategy. Assisting and advising to develop financial plans and provide financial direction. Responsible for the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system. Identifying and investigating fundraising strategies and investment opportunities and managing mergers and acquisitions. Reviewing quarterly and annual financial reports. Planning, implementing and managing the companyxe2x80x99s annual financial reports. Managing and reviewing the company budget. Managing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including clients, investors, and regulatory officials.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- 4-6 years post articles experience
- 3-5 years' experience in a senior role
- Proven track record in building and leading a team
