Job Description
A top provider of comprehensive laundry and hygiene solutions in South Africa is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team permanently. This role will focus on steering the companys financial strategy and operations at the board level, fostering strong commercial partnerships, and driving overall business profitability.Duties:
- Lead the companys financial strategy and operations at the board level, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and analysis to support decision-making and drive profitability.
- Manage financial relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, ensuring strong partnerships and commercial agreements.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
- Oversee risk management, audit processes, and internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective financial operations across the business.
- Qualified CA(SA).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a CFO or Finance Director role.
- Proven experience at board level, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Strong commercial finance background with experience managing customer and supplier relationships.
