With 100 apartments currently under management and plans for expansion into third-party property management.Duties and Responsibilities:As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial direction of our rapidly growing real estate portfolio.You will work closely with the founder and other key stakeholders to ensure the financial health of the company while providing strategic insights that drive business decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including property management data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting.Your ability to track, interpret, and communicate financial information will be key in maintaining operational efficiency and fostering investor confidence as we scale our operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage financial reporting, including reconciliation of AppFolio and QuickBooks data.
• Track and analyze financial data related to property management, including cash flow, budgets, and operational expenses.
• Take ownership of property-level financial performance, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Interpret and communicate financial data clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders, including investors.
• Prepare and compile investor reports, ensuring financial data is accurate, insightful, and professionally presented.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with investors regarding financial performance and business updates.
• Serve as the financial liaison for all property management activities, ensuring that financial practices align with operational goals.
• Optimize financial processes to reduce reliance on external management services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, providing financial insights to drive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:Language requirement: Excellent English Communication SkillsEducation: Bachelor's Degree

• Proven experience in real estate finance, preferably in property management.
• Property Management platform experience is essential, ideally with Appfolio.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to track, interpret, and act on financial data related to property operations.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders and investors.
• High proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
