The CMO will develop and execute marketing initiatives that support the company's growth objectives and enhance its market position in the physical asset management and software industry.Policy

Minimum RequirementsKnowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, Proven track record in developing and executing successful global marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, global environment, Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
  • Honoursxe2x80x99 degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee brand positioning, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Drive innovation in marketing approaches, leveraging digital and traditional channels
Sales Target Achievement:
  • Implement strategies and tools to support Chief Revenue Officer with lead generation
Brand Management:
  • Lead the development and management of the companyxe2x80x99s global brand
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Demand Generation and Customer Acquisition:
  • Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Oversee content marketing, social media, and digital marketing initiatives
Customer Engagement and Retention:
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty
  • Foster relationships with key customers and partners
Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Analyse marketing data to inform strategic decisions and improve performance
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to the executive team
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the global marketing budget
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure budget adherence
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the latest tools and knowledge to execute their
