Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Budget Development & Execution
Develop, implement, and manage the annual marketing, communications, and brand strategy across the brands, inclusive of a social media and event activation plan with the marketing teamxe2x80x94ROI on execution quarterly.
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI and presenting monthly updates to Exco on expenditure.
Ensure all strategies and budgets are aligned to OEM Scorecard, policies, and requirements.
Implement sound budgetary controls for the department.
Consult market research to assess current trends and ensure all portfolios are optimized.
Set up new strategies and budgets aligned to new brand acquisitions and launches.
Digital Marketing & SEO
Oversee SEO strategy, website management, and CRM optimization
Drive digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other platforms
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Data Studio) for performance tracking
Paid Advertising & Lead Management
Develop lead generation campaigns to maximize conversions
Manage ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
Optimize customer segmentation for personalized and targeted marketing
Brand & Community Management
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Lead marketing campaigns, activations, events, and promotional activities
