Employment type: ContractInherent requirements:

• Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• A minimum of 5 years experience in Operations and Sales
• Knowledge of Temporary Employment Services (TES industry will be beneficial)
• Strong understanding of business development, account planning, and strategic partnership management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal stakeholders and key clients
• Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying creative solutions to complex challenges
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good grasp of mathematical concepts
• A valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle (essential)

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for MPS
• Manage new business brought into the Company nationally
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel and assigned Clients
• Identify Clients that may need special attention and action these operational criteria
• Negotiate and close agreements with major customers
• Reach and exceed targets as per the Divisions strategy
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Carry out research and identify new potential customers as well a new marketing opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with the Clients needs
• Generate sales across regions including Cape Town, Durban, Gauteng and Gqeberha
• Achieve the overall Company sales objectives
• Communicate and escalate challenges to the MD
