Job SummaryOur esteemed client, a leading strategic outsourcing partner in the South African facilities management sector, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer with specialized experience in Facility Management, particularly in Contract Cleaning. This role involves strategic planning, leadership, and the continuous enhancement of operational processes, ensuring both profitability and business growth. The COO will be responsible for delivering the company's security and hygiene services efficiently, meeting client expectations, and adhering to all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and have extensive experience in a senior operational role within the FMCG industry, specifically in Facility Management. They should demonstrate a proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations, possess strong expertise in contract cleaning, hygiene management, risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting. The position is based in Honeydew, Gauteng, and requires travel for company-related activities.Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Extensive experience in a senior operational role within the FMCG industry, specifically in Facility Management - Contract Cleaning.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, and regulatory compliance.
