Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Strategic Planning: plays a key role in the company's strategic planning, collaborating with the CEO and other executives to establish goals and future directions.
• Operations Oversight: responsible for overseeing and managing the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning.

• Resource Management: handles human resource management, ensuring the availability of qualified personnel, adequate training, and efficient resource allocation.
• Operations Optimization: constantly seeks ways to improve operational efficiency and process optimization, reducing costs and maximizing profits.
• Quality Control: ensures that all services provided meet the quality and safety standards required by the oil and gas industry.
• Vendor Management: manages vendor relationships and contractual negotiations to ensure the timely delivery and quality of materials and services required.
• Project Management: oversees the execution of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the required specifications.

Requirements:

• Engineering related qualification
• MBA would be an advantage
• 8 - 10 years experience in a similar, senior role.
• Experience Oil & Gas operations
• Knowledge of strategic planning, budget management, financials and import.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations of the industry
• Understanding of diverse business functions
• Experience in leading projects
• Understanding of corporate governance and general management best practices
