Role Overview:

Partner with EXCO and Shareholders to develop and implement operational business strategies.
Ongoing operational data and metric analysis to identify areas for improvement
Oversee the entire manufacturing operation, responsible for maximising productivity, optimising processes and ensuring the highest health, safety and manufacturing quality standards are met.
Meet distribution demands and business objectives by implementing comprehensive production plans.
Oversee operational activities. This Includes

Manufacturing
Warehousing
Supply Chain
Packaging
Purchasing
Dispatch
Operations Team and Team Performance
Focus on continuous improvement to minimise waste and optimise efficiency whilst delivering high-quality products in a timely manner and at a competitive cost.
Responsible for the maintenance of all manufacturing facilities and equipment.
Produce regular reports assessing operational performance, which includes cost analysis, production output and quality control metrics, to name a few.
Develop and build excellent stakeholder relationships with Distributors, EXCO, Board and Shareholders.
