With an international footprint, this organization is focused on driving efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction through innovation and operational excellence.As COO, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of business strategies, and enhancing process efficiency to support sustainable growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a critical role in aligning operational goals with the companys overall strategy.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an operational strategy aligned with business growth and profitability objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple markets, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and high service delivery standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing financial and operational data to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Provide strong leadership to operational teams, setting clear goals and fostering a results-driven, collaborative work culture.
Requirements:
  • Honours degree in an operational or engineering-related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of operational execution experience, including at least 7 years in a COO or similar executive role with international exposure.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth.
  • Extensive experience optimizing operational processes, managing large-scale projects, and leading organizational change.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and nurture key relationships.
  • Expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and ensuring compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to anticipate market trends, drive innovation, and maintain a competitive edge.
