The Chief Operations Officer will oversee day-to-day operations in the Clearing & Forwarding Department, ensuring logistics, finance, and human resources efficiency. This role is integral to coordinating shipping activities, driving operational improvements, and aligning strategies with company goals.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, finance, and HR operations within the department;
• Develop and implement standard operational procedures;
• Monitor financial data, set performance goals, and manage budgets;
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations;
• Build and maintain positive relationships with government stakeholders;
• Lead a team, manage performance, and address grievance issues;
• Explore new business development opportunities as needed.

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field;
• Minimum of 10 years in a senior role within the Clearing & Forwarding or Shipping industry;
• Strong knowledge of Customs, shipping, and transport procedures;
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
