Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners
Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and make adjustments as needed
Execute and monitor effective marketing campaigns
Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies to stay ahead
Set and manage the sales team budget
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsRequirements and QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
10+ years of senior-level sales experience preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of industry trends and competitors
