Job Summary Youll lead an exciting full-scale digital transformationxe2x80x94integrating digital technologies across all business functions to modernise operations and enable smarter decision-making. This includes cloud migration, implementing serverless architectures, and carving out core functionalities into scalable, service-based components.Ideal candidates will have:
- 6+ years experience in similar rolesxe2x80x94designing and launching digital platforms, with a strong track record of leading transformation projects.
- Deep technical expertisexe2x80x94systems architecture, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, automation, Salesforce etc.
- Proven ability to modernise legacy systems and lead high-performing tech teams.
- A strong grip on both strategy and executionxe2x80x94tech fluency with a bias for action.
- Confidence collaborating across the businessxe2x80x94product, ops, leadership.
