Solutions Architecture
Lead technical architecture design and planning.
Conduct technical scope sessions with clients and internal teams.
Manage and participate in customer and supplier meetings for requirements gathering and strategy alignment.
Design detailed implementation and contingency plans.
Oversee testing, deployment, and execution of technical solutions.
Customer Success Consultants
Act as a senior advisor on complex client projects and initiatives.
Deliver advanced training and mentorship to the Customer Success team.
Review and support the development of technical proposals and RFP responses.
Support Oversight
Provide senior advisory support on technical escalations.
Develop and conduct training programs for support staff.
Oversee incident management for both server and supplier issues.
Drive development and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Handle service reconciliations, escalations, and reporting.
Domains Management
Provide leadership in consultation, scoping, implementation, administration, and ongoing management across all domain-related projects.
