The
Senior Administrator
is responsible for managing office operations, logistics, and general administration to support all departments. This role ensures efficient workflow, maintains company assets, oversees fleet management, and coordinates key administrative functions. Additionally, the role requires strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate smooth operations in a cross-cultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly reports, collation of ledgers, and filing of administrative files of all departments (contracts etc)
Fully responsible for the company's overall administrative office, logistics and general affairs management, and provide efficient administrative services for various functional departments
Responsible for the reception and coordination of meetings, official affairs and other activities, as well as the work support of other work departments
Handle other related affairs in accordance with the company's administrative management system
Assist the HR Director in establishing internal administrative management plan objectives, developing, implementing and monitoring the administrative plan and cost budget of each functional department
Participate in the formulation and revision of the company's relevant rules and regulations, and revise the relevant management system
Responsible for the management of the company's fleet and reasonable scheduling of the company's vehicles
Responsible for drafting the company's various work plans, summaries, reports, and approving daily documents
Responsible for managing the job responsibilities of each member of the executive team, ensuring that members work together towards Goal
Coordinate fixed assets, vehicles, licenses, office supplies, etc., and control various administrative expenses
Requirements:
Experience in management administration, Excel is required
Bachelor's degree or above
Chinese and English need to be fluent in reading and writing, able to communicate with agents, suppliers
Good communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure.
