Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
  • Continuous improvement: Execution of continuous improvement programs in the business value chain network
  • Engineer and Implement strategies and liaise with other departments to reduce costs and parts inventory holding throughout value chain of the supply chain.
  • Lean manufacturing programs to align the suppliers with that of the organization
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization to improve supplier and customer OTD
  • Use data-driven insights to propose process improvements and track the impact of implemented changes withing the sales department
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • B Tech/B Eng: Industrial engineering
  • 5 Years experience as a continuous Improvement engineer
  • Ability to create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power platform
  • Demonstrate understanding of planning, inventory turns and inventory health
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles, including ABC analysis, safety stock calculations, and order quantity optimization
  • Critical thinker and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate high quality of work in the form of (report writing, Oral and written presentations)
