A sustainable water solutions provider, with origins in the resource drilling industry, offers innovative technology-based water solutions without capital or risk, providing clients with freshwater at a discounted per KL rate.A full-time on-site Water Engineer is required to oversee construction and daily operations of water supply projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and client relationships.Duties

• Preliminary Design of water systems
• Manage all feasibility studies
• Manage all technical requests and requirements from clients
• Act as project manager for all new construction projects
• Compile and manage all water quality testing requirements and results
• Travel and Conduct site visits as required.
• Maintain and manage technical supplier database
• Write technical reports
• Write technical responses to tenders or requests for proposals
• Provide technical guidance to operations and maintenance teams
• Act as the link between head office and field operations
• Manage and maintain all technical data and compile monthly operational or progress reports for clients
• Write and maintain standards, guidelines, and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in water supply, water treatment, water distribution, and pump station operations
• Understanding of hydrological systems, water quality standards, and water regulations
• Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships
• Experience with AutoCAD, SCADA systems, and hydraulic modelling software would be an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) license preferred
