Job Description
Duties
- Preliminary Design of water systems
- Manage all feasibility studies
- Manage all technical requests and requirements from clients
- Act as project manager for all new construction projects
- Compile and manage all water quality testing requirements and results
- Travel and Conduct site visits as required.
- Maintain and manage technical supplier database
- Write technical reports
- Write technical responses to tenders or requests for proposals
- Provide technical guidance to operations and maintenance teams
- Act as the link between head office and field operations
- Manage and maintain all technical data and compile monthly operational or progress reports for clients
- Write and maintain standards, guidelines, and standard operating procedures
- 5 years experience in water supply, water treatment, water distribution, and pump station operations
- Understanding of hydrological systems, water quality standards, and water regulations
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships
- Experience with AutoCAD, SCADA systems, and hydraulic modelling software would be an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) license preferred
