A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled Citrix Engineer to join their IT Operations Team. If you have a strong technical background in Citrix infrastructure, virtualization, and IT administration, this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.Main Function & Culture:
As a Citrix Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, maintenance, and administration of Citrix infrastructure. You will work closely with Solution Architects, IT Security teams, and Operations Managers to ensure high availability, security, and performance of the system.Qualifications:
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Masters Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Citrix Certifications required (CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V).
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f ITIL Practitioner (V3) / ITIL Specialist (V4).
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Prince2, PMP, or equivalent (Advantageous).
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f ISO 27000 and IT security training (Advantageous).Requirements:
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f 5+ years experience in Citrix engineering & administration.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f 8+ years experience in Microsoft Systems (Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022).
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop), NetScaler, StoreFront, and Cloud Connectors.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, IIS, Remote Desktop Services, WSUS.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Virtualization expertise VMware, Hyper-V.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Active Directory, clustering, load balancing, and replication experience.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Familiarity with ITSM solutions and collaborative platforms.
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f French language skills (Advantageous).Key Responsibilities:
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Citrix Infrastructure Design & Implementation Define best practices, standards, and security rules for Citrix environments.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Administration & Maintenance Ensure scalability, performance tuning, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 User Access & Security Management Collaborate with security teams to enforce data protection and access control policies.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide expert-level support, diagnose, and resolve Citrix-related incidents.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 IT Infrastructure Management Oversee hardware resources, IT contracts, and capacity planning.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 ITIL & Compliance Ensure ITIL standards, ISO regulations, and security protocols are followed.
