Job Description
:We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager to oversee the financial and operational management of their citrus farm. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and execution skills to ensure efficient and profitable operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve production targets.
- Oversee daily farm activities, including resource allocation, crop production, and maintenance.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and cost controls to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural best practices, quality standards, ethical practices and industry regulations.
- Lead and develop farm staff, ensuring efficiency, motivation, and adherence to policies.
- Monitor risk management, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
- Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
- 510 years of farm management experience, preferably in citrus or fruit production.
- Strong knowledge of cultivation and management, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Sound health

- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and business management skills.
- Effective communication and people management capabilities.
- Able to solve problems and communicate effectively.
- Self-driven and able to motivate others.
