Job SummaryHire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our client's team in Pretoria.Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage projects in the field of civil engineering
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Perform site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates
• Handle documentation and reporting requirements

Requirements

• Non-negotiable requirement: National diploma in Civil Engineering (Project Management and N3 qualifications are insufficient).
• The position is for a Site Agent but requires a skill level akin to a Contract Manager, with compensation commensurate to this seniority.
• Experience must include "greenfields development," encompassing comprehensive infrastructure expertise in water and sewer reticulation, roads, stormwater installation, and mass earthworks (all aspects of civil construction).
• Proficiency in CCS (Candy) is essential, with the ability to independently handle payment certificates.
• Capability to schedule projects and achieve production targets is crucial.
• Candidates below this threshold need not apply, as this role requires more than a Site Manager's skill set.
• Willingness to reside in Sasolburg for approximately 18 months initially, potentially extending over three years with additional phases (negotiable).
