Job Summary Are you a young and motivated Civil Engineer looking to grow your career in real estate development? This is an exciting opportunity to work on luxury residential projects with a leading firm based in Mauritius! ? Here you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of these projects. You will coordinate with external consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure the highest standards of execution, monitor progress, maintain communication, and proactively solve technical challenges. Additionally, you will conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications while contributing to high-profile projects and developing your skills in a supportive, innovative environment.Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience or exposure to residential development projects is a major advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, design, and project management.
• Willingness to relocate to Mauritius and commit to a permanent role.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative on junior-level projects.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 1-3 years experience in civil engineering, ideally within residential or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software, structural design, and site management.
• Exposure to residential planning, layout design, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams.
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a vibrant work environment.
