Civil Engineer (Specializing in water) - PretoriaFull job descriptionOVERVIEW:This role is structured for a candidate who can ensure that technical challenges in the quality of meter reading is mitigated to the extent that the water Department will value the recommendations for improvements suggested by the Revenue Consultants. The primary objective of the project is to collect monies due to the city through the management and enhancement of the end-to-end Credit Control Function of the City. Therefore, the goal of the project is to ensure the completeness of all credit control actions issued leading to an increase in payments for the City.JOB PURPOSE:To provide technical capacity to the meter reading and Revenue Consulting teams with key focus on bulk consumers. The main key component to be measured will be the improvement of the Cityxe2x80x99s Debt Book vs the debt book at the start of the project.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEB Tech (Civil)B Eng (Civil)B Sc Engineering (Civil)Pr.
