Controls the outcomes associated with the assembly/preparation of base information and plans for the design form and developing concept plans.
Co-ordinates the preparation of the Engineering Design proposal for basic complexity forms of interacting dimensions.
Analyses and interprets the clients brief and interrogates legislation, regulations and other related factors requiring consideration during the design sequence.
Presents the design concept to the client and provides detailed explanation of cost parameters.
Co-ordinates sequences associated with the preparation collation of contract documentation and/or the evaluation of tender application.
Controls the implementation of time, quality and cost of basic complexity engineering contracts.
Disseminates information on the technical aspects of engineering design concepts and provides reports detailing interventions and outcomes.36000778BProvides advice/information and guidance on the principles, procedures and

Registration as a Candidate Technologist with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) within 3 months of employment.
Valid motor vehicle driving license
2 years relevant post qualification experience.36000778BBachelor of Technology or Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7) or equivalent in Civil
Engineering.
Registration as a Professional Technologist (Pr. with the Engineering
Council of South Africa (ECSA).
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
3 Years relevant post qualification experience.36000778CBachelor of Technology or Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7) or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
Registration as a Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr. Technologist) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
