Job Description
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer or Civil Technologist to join their team. Youll be working on various infrastructure projects in Pretoria.Qualifications:
- BSc/BEng/BTech in Civil Engineering
- Professional registration with ECSA as a Pr. Engineer or Pr. Technologist
- Minimum 8 years of post-graduation experience (3+ years post-registration)
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D, WaterMate, PipeMate, or similar design packages (advantageous)
- Oversee all aspects of civil engineering projects, from planning and design to procurement and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with statutory approval processes (e.g., City of Tshwane, Johannesburg Roads Agency, Johannesburg Water).
- Conduct accurate measurements and valuations for project scheduling and cost control.
- Work effectively in a dynamic team environment and independently.
- Review and mentor junior staff.
