We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Cape Town, Western Cape.Role: Civil or Mechanical Engineer (Water and Wastewater Pumping Stations)Industry: Engineering ConsultingLevel: Mid-LevelKey Requirements:Minimum of a B Eng. / BSc (Civil or Mechanical Engineering) or BTech (Civil or Mechanical Engineering)3 - 5 years experience in water and wastewater engineering, with specific experience in mechanical and electronic plant for pumping stationsRegistered with ECSA as a CandidateExperience in the treatment processes for water and wastewater is advantageousProficient in the specification and evaluation of mechanical and electronic plant associated with water and wastewaterKnowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and legislation in the water and wastewater sectorPersonal Attributes:Strong technical ability with a specialization in the water and wastewater sectorAccountability and ownership of tasks with a focus on delivering work within deadlinesStrong commercial and contractual awarenessEffective financial management of projectsSound project management principles and execution skillsGood engineering judgment with leadership qualitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and work under pressureIf you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV through to or contact us at XXX-XXXX.
