Role Purpose

Consultants within the Commercial Claims environment are committed to providing Momentum Insure clients and/or brokers with service excellence and ensures the claims experience is enjoyable, easy and convenient regardless of the complexities of the claims process. Commercial claims consultant not only captures, validates and finalises claims but plays an integral part in acting in the best interest of all parties involved within the business and acts in line with the company's values. This position requires an individual with good understanding of our commercial product, working with tight deadlines, highly demanded brokers and clients alike and focuses on quantity and quality with the endeavour of meeting expectations of all stakeholders. The ideal candidate requires a keen understanding of the sales, services, retention and claims processes and procedures. This individual would have a good understanding of the Claims Philosophy and its application thereof.
Requirements

• Previous commercial claims experience is essential
• Previous call centre experience in a claims environment
• Matric

Duties & Responsibilities

• Capture/register claims on the PREMIA system
• Handle administration and follow ups concerning claims
• Liaise with clients, service providers and assessors
• Handle and resolve queries from clients/service providers
• Validate claims within set turnaround time targets
• Work with difficult client/broker in high pressured environment
• Presenting claims in the claims meeting
• Attention to detail on complex claims of paramount importance
• Keen eye for a level of detail and inquisitive mind
• Conduct all the above to the required performance measurements in place and maintain high standard of quality.
