Singamandla currently has a vacancy available for a Cleaning Manager in Cape Town. The successful candidate is required to work in a cold storage environment and must therefore be medically fit for this specific environment. The candidate must further have strong leadership characteristics to be able to manage more than 50 employees as well as specific client and company requirements. The candidate must be efficient in English & Afrikaans (beneficial, however not compulsory) and must be excellent in providing detailed feedback on regular base.

Specific requirements:

Matric or equivalent Valid South African ID Own reliable transport No criminal record Minimum of 5-year experience in industrial cleaning or similar Knowledge of MSDS Attention to detail Client interaction and adherence to client requirements Previous managerial experience Basic HR procedural background Planning & feedback abilities Trustworthy and loyal Medically fit to work in warehouses & cold storage environments Basic computer literacy (WORD; EXCEL; OUTLOOK & POWERPOINT) Able to work overtime if required
