Two of their divisions, which cover soft services (hygiene, pest control, security, cleaning) as well as corporate real estate (strategy, advisory, and transactional), are seeking a candidate who can help expand their already substantial client base across South Africa.
Release the restrictions of being tied down to any one product line, enabling you to pursue any opportunity you get a sniff of offer the most appropriate solution/s. Working alongside product line experts will enable you to gain the technical limitations, costings, and possibilities within any of these services and so deliver profitable but winning bids and quotes.
Although industry-specific sales experience is not mandatory, it is necessary to demonstrate a track record of success and stability in business-to-business sales within a service-oriented environment. The deal size in this context is often over R500,000 per transaction. It is also essential to have a client-focused attitude and a broad network of senior leadership contacts.
Our client is looking for a professional and experienced salesperson who has a minimum of three years of experience in sales, especially in cleaning sales. The position is based in Hyde Park and requires a vehicle and license. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, capable of acquiring new business, and open to exceptional key account candidates as well.
