Job Description

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple project sites, managing a team of cleaners, coordinating cleaning tasks, inspecting work areas, and ensuring a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 No prior experience required (on-the-job training provided)

Key Performance Areas:

Coordination of cleaning activities across all designated areas Planning and overseeing deep cleaning processes Identifying training needs and conducting staff training Managing and monitoring cleaning chemicals and their usage Ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards

Technical Competencies:

Good communication skills in English Strong hand-eye coordination Skills in task management and delegation Problem-solving abilities

Behavioural Competencies:

Disciplined and responsible Attention to detail and strong housekeeping skills Reliable and safety-conscious Positive and friendly attitude Ability to produce reports and maintain records
