Clerk - Property Transactions Admin and Office Management ~ Property / Facilities Management / Security
Cape Town - Western CapeOur client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clerk to join their team. As a key member of their team, you will co-ordinate and control the functional administrative support relating to all property applications and transactions ( sales, leases, reservations) as well as the generic administration for their Regional office, which includes circulations, public participation process and valuation phase of the process in order to bring the transactions to finality.Work functions include, but are not limited to:1. Receiving of applications, acknowledgement ofreceipt, depositing ofapplications/advertising/lease preparation fees,etc.2. Attending to the circulation of applications tointernal/external service branches for commentsand collating of comments flowing from circulationprocess.3. Drafting of correspondence to applicants 7. Maintaining record management and filingsystems.4. Capture and workflow Applications andCirculations on the Property TransactionManagement System (PTMS).5. Assisting with the preparation and collating ofmonthly performance statistics.6. Responding to general enquiries.Applicants must meet the following requirements:Qualification: Grade 12; Computer LiteracyExperience: Minimum of 1 years experience in administrative environmentOther skills /requirements1. Report writing skills2. General Office Administration3. Local Government experience in Property Management4. Preferred - Functional on SAPCorrespondence will be limited to short-listed candidates.
