Job Overview:



We're looking for a

tech-savvy, self-motivated Accounts Manager

who thrives in dynamic environments. You'll be the essential bridge between our clients and internal team, ensuring smooth communication, strong relationships, and consistent project execution. If you're experienced in

AI tools, CRM systems, and social media marketing

, this could be your ideal role.

This is a remote position, but due to the fast-paced nature of startups,

odd hours and quick turnarounds can sometimes be part of the deal

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction. Collaborate with the Head of Department to manage client expectations and campaign deliverables. Use CRM systems to monitor client journeys, track progress, and manage tasks efficiently. Lead or join daily stand-ups, team check-ins, and ad hoc strategy calls. Contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing solutions, particularly around AI and branding. Stay on top of trends in online marketing, AI, social platforms, and automation tools. Support occasional sales-related tasks and outreach initiatives. Maintain a growth mindset and contribute to the evolution of both client campaigns and internal processes.

Requirements:



Fluent English with top-tier verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM systems, and/or AI tools. Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setting. Full time hours available High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for scaling businesses.
