Job Description


Our client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to a financial advisor with an investment focus.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic administrative support to the financial advisor.
  • Manage the advisors diary, including client birthdays, meetings, etc.
  • Perform general office duties such as scanning, printing, and filing (both online and physical).
  • Ensure adherence to processes set by head office.
  • Manage client queries efficiently.
  • Gather and prepare information for client meetings, including reviews, proposals, and implementations.
  • Assist with event planning as needed.
  • Manage and drive outstanding requirements such as FICA and medicals.
  • Generate quotes for investments, life cover, etc.
  • Implement and monitor client proposals, including submitting applications, changes, switches, additions, and withdrawals.
  • Arrange and finalize repurchases and transfers.
  • Ensure product providers implement instructions accurately and within a reasonable timeframe.
Requirements:
  • Experience in assisting a financial advisor, particularly with an investment focus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes meticulously.
