Mezzanine is a home-grown African company delivering value to the people of Africa.Mezzanine is a subsidiary of the Vodacom Group.About the roleAs the Client Engagement Officer, you will be accountable for delivering the quarterly and annual sales targets across the identified sales channels. In support of Mezzanine's channel development, you will have to present and demonstrate an applied understanding of all our products and platforms, as well as an understanding of business models, pricing and value propositions of these products and platforms.More specifically, you will be responsible for:Account Management: To achieve the annual and quarterly targets, you will identify and communicate upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities. You will have to stay on top of accounts, making sure that customers/clients are serviced according to their needs. You will regularly meet with internal teams to find new ways to improve business and clearly communicate progress of initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible to generate progress reports and forecast and track key account metrics.Channel Engagement Framework: Your role will also include ensuring adherence to our sales engagement model across all channels, enhancing margins through strategic pricing and effective contract management, and aligning product offerings with contractual obligations and market needs.Requirements
