Recognized internationally for their high-quality products and exceptional artistic approach, they strive to create incredible chocolate experiences.They are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Client Liaison and Operations Officer working with both national (local) markets and exporting to foreign markets. The successful candidate will be a skilled and tactful communicator with strong operations experience, possessing a minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the Food and Beverage Industry or Consumer Goods industries.Role DescriptionThe role involves:Managing day-to-day client interactions.Ensuring operational efficiencies are always implemented and adhered to.Overseeing various aspects of studio operations.Delivering exceptional service and products to customers.Maintaining and assisting in the implementation of FSSC accreditation.QualificationsMinimum matric level qualification required (a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred).Strong experience in FMCG operations management (preferred industries: [e.g., food and beverage, consumer goods]).Prior experience in client management/retention environments (minimum 5 years).Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments while handling multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.Previous experience in high-volume customer satisfaction and communication roles (minimum 5 years).Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Strong English language communication ability (written and spoken) with a people-centric approach.Analytical skills essential.Mature and tactful approach to the working/client environment.
