Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Identify and communicate sales opportunities within key accounts to the sales team.
Promote additional products and services to existing clients.
Meet client relationship targets and KPIs set by the Commercial Director.
Collaborate closely with sales representatives to support client needs.
Address and resolve client concerns efficiently to maintain high service levels.
Conduct client satisfaction surveys and reviews to gather feedback.
Keep management informed about client developments and ensure sales representatives are updated on any changes.
Generate and pass qualified leads to the sales team, ensuring follow-up on progress.
Requirements
Matric (or Certificate or Diploma in marketing).
Relevant experience in marketing, client relations, or a similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
A marketing qualification is advantageous.
A valid drivers license is essential.
