Client Liaison Officer

We are hiring! Aon South Africa is recruiting a Client Liaison Officer in our Retirement Funding department, based, on a hybrid basis, from our Head Office in Sandton. The client liaison officer services a portfolio of retirement and risk-benefit clients, also providing assistance and support to colleagues/consultants.

What the day will look like
Maintains and builds relationships with existing and new clients as well as with Insurers and Fund administrators.
Attends to and resolves client queries, promptly and efficiently.
Prepares all communication and information requirements (agendas, minutes, reports) for client meetings.
Assists with the annual market review of existing benefit offerings and/or applicable rates.
Provides administrative support to the team including updating and maintaining accurate records and files, entering data into relevant systems, assisting with producing documents and collating information.
Adheres strictly to agreed SLAs with clients.
Responds promptly and efficiently to instructions, requests and enquiries at all times.
Plans and prioritises time and work in order to provide an efficient service to clients and colleagues.
Cooperates and works with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Responsible for engaging in business development and/or contributing directly or indirectly to all business development efforts in Aon South Africa.
