Role Purpose:

To receive and analyse escalated queries related to Customer Acquisition Division; to determine the nature and extent of the query and to provide/ develop a solution to resolve the identified query and provide feedback.
Your responsibilities will include:

To provide support to staff, customers, trade partners and other departments on a daily basis to assist in customer queries received by the Corporate & Distribution Credit Division
To provide telephonic / e-mail support to internal and external customers
To ensure continuous follow up on customer queries in order for relationships to be maintained
To maintain relationships with relevant role players with the highest levels of professionalism and quality
To provide feedback and recommendations to management / role players of identified trends
To execute functions with the intention of maximising a positive customer experience
To execute the outputs in accordance with strategic targets
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Matric
At least 2 years of customer service experience
At least 2 years of credit vetting experience
