The Client Liaison takes responsibility for client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction, assisting the team to meet delivery deadlines, while driving revenue growth. This role requires a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, will oversee projects of varying complexities.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Develop and maintain strong relationships within corporate clients.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client enquiries and requests.
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal and external teams, to deliver tailored and effective digital solutions.
Prepare proposals and cost estimates, managing the balance between ensuring cost effectives for client and profitability for Interfront.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling additional services.
Coordinate the technical team and any third parties on the requirements to deliver the project successfully and within budget.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Manage multiple project delivery, using ticketing and project coordination tools.
Manage client status meetings (remotely or occasionally in person) for each client division and any third parties involved, reporting on project progress and facilitating stakeholder contributions.
Prepare and present reports.
Receive system support queries from clients, evaluate and replicate issues where necessary, as well as manage the process of implementing production fixes.
Stay abreast of industry trends in software development and those affecting clients' products and services.
Manage project communication, including project plans, meeting minutes, system support queries and task management.
Perform impact analysis for project changes and manage the change variation accordingly.
Understand the Interfront software release process and manage releases to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes.

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Degree, diploma in marketing, business administration, computer science and/or matric with proven experience of at least 4 years, coordinating client engagements and/or project implementation, within the bespoke software development industry.
Proficient understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in software design, user interface and customer experience principles.
Proficient in project management (Certification beneficial).
