The ideal candidate must be comfortable with IFRS 2, must also be able to engage with stakeholders in a confident manner and be an independent thinker.The company aims to simplify the complex models and intricate processes of the incentive plan lifecycle. The technology is world-class with in-house Developers constantly improving and innovating solutions in real time. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator as they will be in charge of client meetings and will also function as lead for technical accounting matters.As the Client Management & Migration Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Learn and understand all the technical aspects relating to the companys share plan product to onboard clients and client information onto the platform, and manage client requirements
• Implement and advise on the technical aspects of the companys share plan product
• Set up award issue and exercise processes, including communication with brokers to ensure a seamless trading process
• Assist clients with IFRS 2 and incentive related queries and in using the system
• Maintain client relationships and offer new or existing solutions to existing clients
• Understand client needs and collaborate with management, colleagues, and other staff to enhance the product based on new clients or internal requirements
• Create and provide training to clients in using the platform
• Provide ongoing feedback and ideas to management on ways to improve the system
