As our Client Onboarding Strategist, you'll lead the charge from the initial account setup to the onboarding meeting, engaging clients through screen-sharing sessions and guiding them through each step of preparing their accounts for our teams to begin their work.Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation from clients
• Guide clients through the setup and configuration of our products and services
• Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use our platform
• Address client inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the onboarding process
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all onboarding tasks and deliverables
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Job requirements

• Prior experience in customer onboarding or client services
