Cape Town - Western Cape ~ Johannesburg - Gauteng ~ Durban - KwaZulu Natal ~ RemoteENVIRONMENT:A highly organised individual with a strong aptitude for administration and client service is sought by our client, a leading FinTech company, to fill a remote role of a Client Operations Administrator. You will manage and streamline administrative processes, ensuring efficient workflow, reporting and accurate documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with user installations, basic troubleshooting of installations and solution testing. You will work closely with the Client Operations team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Applicants will require solid knowledge of Excel, Zoho & SharePoint with confidence working in Excel for various tasks and preferably have work experience in a similar role including 1st Level Support/Troubleshooting.DUTIES:
