:Client Relationship AdvisorAon South Africa is recruiting a Client Relationship Advisor (CRA) in our Commercial department. This role can be done remotely from any location.The purpose of the role is to maintain, retain and service clients in the SMME-environment, by improving day to day client relationships including servicing their portfolios.The role of CRA requires a dedicated, self-disciplined and motivated individual that comes with a minimum of 5 years experience dealing with commercial clients.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeResponsible for being the primary point of contact for commercial clientsResponsible for the entire client life-cycle, including renewals, endorsements and/or cancellations.Responsible for maintaining and improving client satisfaction, retention, revenue and profitabilityResponsible for organic growth including upselling and cross sellingEnsure high quality and efficient delivery of all client servicing, administrative and transactional activitiesResponsible for the renewal process which includes pre-renewal, negotiating terms with insurers and present renewal terms to the clientWorks with the admin team to finalise the policy documentsNegotiates with insurers on any discounts, following requests from clientsManages and facilitates the cancellation process and creates the necessary refunds where applicableResponsible for answering calls and assisting clients timeouslyBuild and maintain strong relationships with SMME clients through telephonic interactions by understanding their needs and providing advice.Responsible for credit controlSupporting clients by providing excellent client service by addressing client queries, resolving issues and offering guidance on commercial products and servicesHave a good understanding of commercial insurance products and services to effectively communicate and upsell or cross-sell to clients.Skills and experience that will lead to successQualifications.
