Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate High-Level Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with high-profile clients, building strong relationships, and facilitating the financing process in conjunction with our real estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to high-profile clients to discuss tailored financing options and our real estate services. Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to understand and meet their unique needs. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients as necessary to ensure satisfaction. Utilise effective communication skills to represent our brand professionally and persuasively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a calling and sales role, preferably with high-profile clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; a personal laptop is required. Strong phone etiquette and proficiency in making high-level calls.
