InspHired Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager (with a Sales Hunter profile) in Bryanston, Johannesburg.Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business objectives, staffing requirements, and culture.
• Collaborate with Candidate Managers, and other team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and deliver high-quality candidates to clients.
• Sales - cold calling; actively seeking new prospects and leads.
• Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting clients and maintaining a client database.
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment.
• Driving revenue.
• Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.
• Negotiating pays and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.
• Offering CV, interview and general career advice.
• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales pipelines, and forecasts in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• Must be a Sales Hunter.
• A strong and proven track record in sales and client development abilities.

• Up to R264 000 per annum plus commission and benefits (EAP; Medical Aid & Provident Fund)
