Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer queries and requests from incoming calls and email correspondence
  • Email and fax the accounts to the clients.
  • General ad-hoc tasks
  • Assist in creating and implementing client-focused strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Report writing and data analysis.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Drivers License.
  • Willing to work overtime if required and be on standby during off hours or on weekends to assist the clients.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
